Central Virginia is such a wonderful place in which to live! I moved to Greene County with my husband nearly twenty years ago and love the fact that I can live in a rural community yet find anything that I need within an easy commute. Since I live and work in the county, Greene is my area of focus, but I am also confident working as either a Buyers or Listing Agent in the areas of Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Madison, and Orange. As a company we direct our attention mainly to the resale of single family homes, but we also work with a number of builders to assist in the marketing of new homes. As a member of several referral networks, I can provide clients, both seller and purchasers of homes around the world, with referrals for qualified professionals who will assist them with their real estate needs outside of our area.
Personal
Continuing education is key to keeping up with the changes in real estate, so I take courses regularly that better equip me to do my best for my clients. Within a year of starting my career in real estate, I was a graduate of the Gradutate REALTORS Institute. In January of 2008 I completed the course work and successfully passed the exams to earn my Broker's license and I have just recently complete the course work and testing for a GREEN REALTOR designation.
Contributing to my community is also important to me. After many years of working with Girl Scouts and PTO Boards, I have shifted my attentions to serving on the board of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and the Greene County Tourism Council. This year I will also be serving on the outreach and education committees for my church and as the vice-chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS.
